resipi istimewa do-it-yourself mee goreng mamak!!!

Aku terbace post burn pasal mee goreng mamak, so aku nak share resipi inih kat bbdk yang nak try masak mee goreng mamak....hehehehe... sedap or x sedap...itu lain citer....kalu malas nak wat, g lah ke AYOB ker, Subaidah ker, RM4 sahaje....

Mee Goreng Mamak


Ingredients:
400g fresh yellow noodles, washed and well drained
100g mutton, sliced thinly into bite-sized pieces

Seasoning (A)
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
10 shallots, thinly sliced
1/2 cup oil
100g mustard leaves (sawi), cut into 3cm lengths
100g bean sprouts

Seasoning (B)
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp ground chilli
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp water
1 green chilli, seeded and thinly sliced
1 potato, boiled and cut into ½ cm-thick slices

Garnishing
Chopped spring onions
Shallot crisps

Method:
Marinate mutton with seasoning (A). Fry shallots in heated oil till crispy and golden. Drain well and set aside.

Heap up remaining oil and fry marinated mutton until aromatic. Add seasoning (B) and stir-fry well. Add in noodles and stir.

Add mustard leaves and bean sprouts and fry for one minute. Add potatoes and green chillies. Squeeze half a small lime into the mee and continue to fry until dry. If u think u want to eat it, eat it. If u don't want, go to the nearest restaurant near you and order one and eat it...hahaha
